Peter Mostachetti

A 22-year IBM veteran, Peter Mostachetti started out as a storage specialist, and eventually followed his passion to Leadership Development, and Talent Transformation.  With experience engaging audiences in the U.S., South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Peter specializes in engagement, feedback, managing dilemmas, fostering collaboration, transformational leadership, and using Agile techniques to drive cultural transformation.  Peter is an accomplished actor having performed in and around the Hudson Valley, and Off-Broadway. He is a sought-after speaker at both national and international conferences, and a four-time speaker at the United Nations. As a NYS Licensed Master Social Worker, he has always been committed to mentoring, coaching, leading teams; helping people to find their hidden strengths and values with a mind toward moving forward.  In his spare time, he’s an executive coach, and works with local area schools through the Gay, Lesbian, Education Network (GLSEN) to develop students and educators, making schools safer for all.

Tonya Cornileus is the vice president, development, inclusion, and wellness at ESPN where she serves as an integral member of the Human Resources senior leadership team and regularly acts as an advisor to senior management at ESPN. Aaron Kraus

Aaron Kraus is an Assistant Vice President and Talent Advisor for the Technology organization at Liberty Mutual Insurance. He has responsibility for designing and driving talent and organizational strategies to meet the constantly evolving technology demands of customers. This spans areas such as organizational change and transformation, selection, talent assessment, organization design, strategic workforce planning, manager effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion. He previously led teams responsible for selection, pre-hire assessment, leadership assessment, and job analysis. Aaron earned a MA in I/O Psychology from the University of Akron where he is still a doctoral candidate.

David Howe

David heads Global Leadership Development for Merck & Co., Inc.  Over his previous 27 years with Merck, David has led global Talent Management, HR for US Pharmaceuticals, Americas Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain, and COE roles in talent management and organization development.  Prior to Merck, David spent two years as a bench scientist in microbial genetics. David is Board Chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County and lives in Yardley, PA with his wife, Allison, and two sons.  He graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan with honors.

Jane Cha-Lee is the Vice President of Organization and People Development at ViacomCBS. As part of a global team, she helps employees, leaders, and teams increase their impact to move the business forward.  This includes working with teams across iconic brands and critical business functions to navigate change, evolve capabilities, and be positioned to win in the media and entertainment industry.

 

Before joining Viacom in 2016, Jane spent ten years in various Talent Development and Human Resources roles within Comcast NBCUniversal. She is also a proud alumni of the Human Resources Leadership Program, sponsored by General Electric. Jane holds a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia-Teachers College and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Cornell University.
